This personal memoir of the author’s WWII experiences was provided fully prepared for printing by the author’s grandson-in-law, but some resizing was required for printing purposes and to obtain good margin sizes.  We were asked to reproduce a file of photographs on glossy paper to be included within the book.  This proved tricky to achieve as our printer definitely does not appreciate slippery paper, but with something of a struggle good results were eventually produced.

Hello Richard,
I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you for the wonderful job you have done on my wife’s grandfather’s memoirs. I was very impressed with the quality of the binding, and I really appreciate your going the extra mile with the glossy colour section.  The end result really does look great.
My wife’s grandfather was very moved when he was finally able to see his hard work in front of him as a proper book, so you’ve really helped me to make an old man very happy indeed.
All the best for the New Year.
